Like many of you, we are concerned about the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and are actively monitoring the situation. As it evolves, we will continue to focus on the health and wellness of our employees and on the delivery of services to our valued customers. Please rest assured that we have a strong Business Continuity Plan in place to provide uninterrupted support to your organization.
While the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) currently categorizes the overall health risk in the U.S. and Canada as low, we want to let you know the steps that we are taking so that we can continue to conduct business normally if the categorization changes.
First, this public health crisis poses no risk to the availability of the Doubleknot and ClearView CRM applications or our ability support them as we have teams geographically dispersed throughout the country. You will be able to access our systems at all times as you do now.
Second, our entire staff is fully equipped to work remotely if teleworking is recommended at any time in the future.
Finally, our parent company Togetherwork has provided all staff with Employee Safety Guidelines and Travel Guidelines as recommended by the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO), and continues to provide periodic updates with new information and policies.
