Why is there a Doubleknot charge on my credit card? Who's Doubleknot?

Doubleknot provides online services for nonprofits and cultural organizations including museums, research foundations, nature centers, zoos, aquariums, public gardens, historic sites and scouting organizations.

Depending on the organization, your online purchase or registration may appear on your credit card statement as a charge from Doubleknot. To find out what the charge was for, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Charge Lookup page.
2. In the Transaction Date field, enter the date of the charge. This information is available on your credit card statement.
3. In the Amount field, enter the amount of the charge.
4. In the Last Four Digits of Credit Card or Account Number, enter the last four digits.
5. Click Find. Information about the transaction including the organization you purchased from will be displayed.
