Emails Campaign Overview:
The Communication Suite provides the user more access to their previously sent Campaigns. The Campaigns Dashboard is an example of this philosophy.
The Dashboard is an interactive panel where the user can search for and access any campaigns that are within the Communication Suite. The dashboard, by default, will show the last five campaigns created, regardless of status.
To locate previously created campaign, the user will have multiple options available for filtering and searching. The user will see three options for locating a campaign to display in the dashboard. The user can search for a campaign by name, the status of the campaign (Draft, Sent and Scheduled). If the user wants to search for a campaign that they created, they can select the "My Messages" option to narrow down the list to show only campaigns they created.
In the display grid, the user will see the name of the campaign, the status of it, and the created date of that campaign.
Depending if a on the status of the Campaign different options will appear in the ellipses menu.
For a Sent Campaign, the user will find Insights (statistics on your campaign) and Copy (copies the original message to a new campaign/email).
For a Draft Campaign, the user will find Edit Campaign (brings you to the Campaign screen), Gift Information (allows you to update the Gift details), Update Recipient List (enables you to update the recipient list on a campaign), and Delete (deletes the campaign).
For a Schedule campaign, the user will find Edit Campaign (brings you to the Campaign screen), Gift Information (allows you to update the Gift details), and Delete (deletes the campaign).
The See All Campaigns option will take you to the Campaign screen which allows you to view All Campaigns at once.
Subscriber List:
The Subscriber List section allows the user to Lookup Blocked Email addresses as well as see the Count on recent campaigns sent.
The See All Lists option will take you to the Lists & Subscribers page which details all lists and their data.
Automations:
The Automations section will detail up to 5 existing Automation currently setup.
The See All Automations button will take you to the Automations screen.
