How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to email lists?

To subscribe or unsubscribe to an email list, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to the organization’s web site.
NOTE: If you don’t know your logon information, follow the steps in How Do I Find My Logon Name and Password? If you can’t find a logon link at the organization, you can use the logon button at However, logging on at the organization’s site will provide the best experience.
  1. Click the Subscriptions tab. A list of the organization’s mailing lists will be displayed. If you’re already subscribed to a list, a check will be displayed next to its name.
  2. To subscribe to a list, select the checkbox next the name of the list.
  3. To unsubscribe from a list, deselect the checkbox next to the name of the list.
  4. To save your changes, click Save Selection.
  5. To leave the page, click Done
