Notice Regarding Doubleknot Support

Doubleknot works very hard at providing a very high level of customer support. To continue to provide you with outstanding support we want to clarify our support policy. Doubleknot Support is provided as part of your subscription package. Your subscription type determines the response commitment and methods of support for your organization. You can view your subscription type under the organization profile section.

The primary method of support for all organizations is via email. In addition, telephone support is available to those organizations that are entitled.

Support commitments and methods at our different subscription levels are as follows:

Package	Email Support Monitored 7 days per week.	Telephone Support 7am to 5pm Pacific Time Monday Through Friday. Holidays excluded.
Basic Service	2 Business Day Response	None
Professional	1 Business Day Response	First 30 Days From Initial Signup Only
Executive	1 Business Day Response	First 60 Days From Initial Signup Only
Enterprise	½ Business Day Response	First 90 Days From Initial Signup Only
Universal	½ Business Day Response	Unlimited

Please only use the method(s) of support that is available to your organization.

For subscriptions packages that only provide support for a period from initial setup additional telephone support packages can be purchased. For more information please contact doubleknot@doubleknot.com.

Training Videos Now Available

Doubleknot now offers training videos demonstrating how to configure and use our software. The first videos illustrate how to setup a University of Scouting event and how to use our newest module, Newsroom. These vidoes represent the first in a series of vidoes that Doubleknot Support plans to release in the coming months. Future topics will include:

Building email lists & using Communications Center
Recovering Site Brander pages from a backup
Using the right tool to build your Event Registration
Setting up Summer Camp registration

Look for the link in the header titled Training Videos. It's listed between the Support & Knowledge Base and Help links up top.

Doubleknot Newsroom featuring RSS - NOW ENABLED

Doubleknot's Newsroom, our latest feature release, is now part of the Core Service module.

Newsroom uses RSS publish and subscribe mechanisms to allow your website to be automatically updated with the latest news and events. To view a video of this feature, click here.

Newroom gives you the ability to build:

News items
Press release pages
Event links

These items can be published to your site and can also be subscribed to from 3rd party sites, email clients, web browsers, iPhones, Blackberrys, and other devices.

The goal of Newsroom and its companion Events RSS, is to allow organizations to more broadly communicate and distribute communications throughout their community resulting in increased awareness by their constituents and ultimately increased revenue for the organization.

This feature is now available to all Site Brander administrators who have a Professional Core Service level and above. Look for it under the Adminster menu, titled Newsroom (RSS).
