To assign forms to an event:

Click Manage Events link on the Feature List/Administer menu.

If the form has not been created, click Create Form link, create the form and return to the Program and Event Administration page.

Click the Assign Form(s) to Event link.

Click the Edit link for the event.

Select the form and click the Assign button.

Click the appropriate check boxes to indicate if the form is required and if the form is required for each registrant.

If another form is to be assigned, repeat steps 5 and 6 for each form.

Click the Done button when through.
